This film series, organized by the SBMA and curated by UCSB Professor of Film and Media Studies, Cristina Venegas to compliment the Santa Barbara-based PST: LA/LA exhibitions. The films speak to speculative futures and spaces, irrevocable pasts, gender perspectives, and living with fear as a condition of contemporary life. Ixcanul will be shown at the Santa Barbara Museum of Art. For more information see here.
